All our orders are hand packed and wrapped within 1 working day.

Standard shipping is 3-5 working days, but for UK orders there are faster delivery options at checkout to choose from for an additional fee.

All shipping within England and Wales (3-5 day working days) is included in the price of your order. Faster options are available at checkout. Some UK regions, such as the Isle of White, may include a surcharge.

International shipping is calculated at checkout, but is typically between £25 - 40.

We want each purchaser and each gift recipient to be delighted with their gift box, however, if that is not the case, a purchaser or gift recipient can return a gift box within 30 days after receiving the gift box provided that the entire gift box and products are returned, complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging (unopened).
