We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, with next-day delivery available for UK orders placed before 1 pm (at an extra cost). Please review our Delivery FAQ for detailed delivery information.
While we strive to meet these timelines, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch for every order.
Please note that deliveries occur on business/working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders made on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday unless you elect to pay for Saturday delivery.

Returns

Yes, we are happy to provide refunds/exchanges for entire Morariho luxury gift box where all of the gift products are not opened or damaged. Our refund policy lasts for 28 days from the date of purchase. Within this timeframe, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your luxury gift box and return it to us within the 28-day period. We do not provide partial gift box refunds/exchanges.
To complete your return/exchange, please email us at hello@morariho.com and we will require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.Once your luxury gift box is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your luxury gift box. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days, depending on your individual bank.
If you are approved for an exchange, we will contact you to organise your replacement luxury gift box.

We offer a 14 calendar days refund policy for our Morariho luxury gift boxes, which extends from the date of purchase. With the exception of Christmas, any purchases made prior to 18 December, 2024, our refund policy will extend from 25 December 2024 for 14 calendar days.
To be eligible for a full refund, the entire Morariho luxury gift box must be returned in its original condition; individual items cannot be returned separately.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your Morariho luxury gift box, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a gift credit.

You are only eligible for a full refund if the Morariho luxury gift box has been opened but all gift items and packaging are unopened and undamaged.
In the case where packaging of individual gift items in the Morariho gift box have been opened and/or a product has been used or damaged, you will not eligible for a refund.
In the case where a product has been damaged upon receipt you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase, please contact hello@morariho.com advising the order number and details of the damage.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning/exchanging your luxury gift box. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
