Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

We only provide entire Morariho luxury gift box refunds/exchanges where all of the gift products are not opened or damaged. We do not provide partial gift box refunds/exchanges.

To complete your return/exchange, please email hello@morariho.com and we will require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Once your Morariho gift box is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your luxury gift box. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days, depending on your individual bank.

If you are approved for an exchange, we will contact you to organise your replacement luxury gift box.

You are only eligible for a full refund if the Morariho luxury gift box has been opened but all gift items and packaging are unopened and undamaged.

In the case where packaging of individual gift items in the Morariho gift box have been opened and/or a product has been used or damaged, you will not eligible for a refund.

In the case where a product has been damaged upon receipt you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase, please contact hello@morariho.com advising the order number and details of the damage.

Can I exchange my Morariho luxury gift box?

Our exchange policy is 28 calendar days from date of purchase with notification to hello@morariho.com within 14 calendar days of purchase. If 28 calendar days have gone by since the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
