Please note that our luxury gift boxes are limited edition, with only a finite number available. While we will strive to accommodate all orders, availability cannot be guaranteed, and orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, due to the exclusive nature of our products, there may be occasional variations in the items included.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, with 3-5 business day delivery as standard or next-day delivery available for UK orders placed before 1 pm (at an extra cost). Please review our Delivery FAQ for detailed delivery information.
While we strive to meet these timelines, we cannot guarantee
same-day dispatch for every order.
Please note that deliveries occur on business/working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders made on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday unless you elect to pay for Saturday delivery.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
RETURNS
We offer a 14 calendar days refund policy for our luxury gift boxes, which extends from the date of purchase. With the exception of Christmas, any purchases made prior to 18 December, 2024, our refund policy will extend from 25 December 2024 for 14 calendar days.
To be eligible for a full refund, the entire luxury gift box must be returned in its original condition; individual items cannot be returned separately.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your luxury gift box, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a gift credit.
To complete your refund/exchange, please email hello@morariho.com and we will require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Once your luxury gift box is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your luxury gift box. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund/exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days, depending on your individual bank.
If you are approved for an exchange, we will contact you to organise your replacement luxury gift box.
